3.1 Ownership: All site designs, logos, software, and products are owned by or licensed to Aesthec.

3.2 User Submissions: Uploaded reviews, photos, or testimonials grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and promote in operating our business.

Product Display: Colours and appearances may vary based on display screen settings.

Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to buy. Contract formation occurs only upon dispatch confirmation.

Availability: Basket or wishlist items are not reserved until checkout is completed.

Pricing: Displayed prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs and taxes are calculated at checkout.

Errors & Conversion: We are not obliged to fulfil obvious pricing errors. Overseas banks may charge currency conversion fees.

Customs & Import Fees: International buyers are responsible for local import duties and taxes.

Delivery: Delivered using third-party carriers to valid addresses. Delivery times are estimates.

Returns: Governed by our separate Returns Policy. Goods must be in acceptable, saleable condition.

Promotional Offers: Subject to campaign terms. Referral rewards must not be abused.

Third-Party Services: External links are beyond our control.

Privacy: All personal data is processed securely under our Privacy Policy.

Services Provision: Provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted uptime.

Limitation of Liability: Total aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the product, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

Indemnity: You agree to hold Aesthec harmless against claims arising from breach of these terms.

Force Majeure (15): We are not liable for delays caused by external events beyond control (natural disasters, strikes, supply issues).

Governing Law (18.5): Governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to exclusive local court jurisdiction.
