2.1 Availability: Products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or limited at any time.

2.3 Special Releases: Separate rules may apply for pre-orders, drops, and limited-edition items regarding dispatch timelines and cancellation.

3.1 Pricing: Displayed in checkout currency. Taxes, delivery fees, and customs duties are calculated at checkout where applicable.

3.2 Pricing Errors: Orders with obvious mispricing errors may be cancelled or offered at the corrected price.

3.3 Payments & Authorisation: Processed through secure providers (e.g., Stripe). Unauthorised payments will result in order cancellation or hold.

4.1 Delivery & Estimates: Governed by our Shipping Policy. Stated delivery times are estimated and non-binding.

4.2 Customs & Address: Customers bear responsibility for customs charges and ensuring complete delivery addresses.

5. Title & Risk: Title passes upon full payment receipt; risk passes according to applicable delivery terms and mandatory law.

6. Returns & Refunds: Handled under our separate Refund and Return Policy. Items must be returned unworn and undamaged.

7. Cancellation Rights: Statutory rights apply where legally required. Non-statutory cancellations are accepted solely at our discretion prior to dispatch.

8. Faulty Items: Contact support@aesthec.com with order details and photos for replacement or refund options.

9. Promotions & Gifts: Returned main items require the return of associated promotional items or gift bundles.

10. Liability: Mandatory statutory consumer protections remain unaffected; overall liability is governed by our Terms and Conditions.

11. Governing Law: Governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to applicable local consumer jurisdiction rules.
